Automatic tissue processors

AT600  is an automatic tissue processor that perfectly combines approved technology with modern, digital control. Technical and operational characteristics in comparison with earlier released devices are considerably expanded.

The first tissue processor working in the absence of the electric power till 7 o'clock

On the screen the operator programs for each position:

- processing time from 0 to 999 minutes;

- time of lag of a basket over a vessel, for ensuring running off of a reactant, from 0 to 60 sec.;

- number of shaking a basket during stay in a vessel from 0 to 60 times a minute;

- temperature in thermostats from 30 °C to 70 °C. For each program temperature of thermostats is set separately. 

    

After setting parameters the operator back to screen 2 and go to directive screen 4

On the touch  screen the operator chooses one of the programme from 1 to 6.  The "START" button  carries out start of the chosen program.

 In operating time of the program it is displayed:

- number of a position (vessel) in which there is a processing;

- time before the end of processing in the current vessel;

- the general time before the program termination;

- actual temperature of thermostats (pos. No 9, No. 10, No. 11)

In case temperature thermostats is not correctly, you should adjust temperature on screen 6

The device has work function  «Timer»  - delayed start . In comparison with similar functions in devices of other manufacturers, time of the delayed start not limited. For setting the timer it is enough to set the date and time switch program.  After installation to press a key - the indicator of red color becomes green and on the touch screen near hours in a periodic mode there will be an inscription the TIME. The programmed  device has a real time clock. Key "setting time" allows the correct time, for example, when the clock is in the winter or summer. 

In case of tension disappearance to alternating current mains, the device instantly passes to power supply from the accumulator.  On the screen in a periodic mode  appears an inscription "NO220V" and the intermittent signal is given.
